The Princess and the Pea 3+

H. C. Andersen

Fairy tales are as old as the world and as young as their readers, listeners or viewers. A decent and fair fairy tale must have a wolf, a good fairy, a dragon ... or at least a prince and a princess.

Hans Christian Andersen wrote one featuring several princesses. On our stage, they become a little more modern: the queen wants to go on vacation, and the prince doesn’t want to choose a princess and take the throne. Will he and the princess find each other? Will the potential princess even be the right one? What happens with the pea in our fairy tale?

You will find the answers to all these questions in our performance.
