Sleeping Beauty is one of those classic fairy tales that has undergone a number of changes until the final version has been written by brothers Grimm. After a long wait, the king and the queen get a daughter and arrange a party. But there are thirteen fairies in the kingdom, but only twelve golden plates, so they do not invite the most arrogant among the fairies. And the latter enchants the princess that when she will be fifteen, she will prick her finger on a spindle of a spinning wheel and die. The king tries to circumvent the curse by ordering to burn every spindle and spinning wheel in the kingdom yet the princess pricks her finger on the spindle. The whole kingdom falls asleep with the princess and the castle gets surrounded by thorns. After hundred years a brave young man comes and his kiss wakes the princess up …
