Onion is a puppet play for children. In addition to puppets, the puppeteer also animates real fruits and vegetables. It is a mixture of fantasy and realism imbued with the flavours of French cuisine. An older woman is bitten by a wasp. The wasp brings an onion. The pain subsides. The older woman eats the onion. And so, at an ever-increasing pace, the performance runs to the climax, the magnificent French onion soup. Would you also like to try the soup?
