Tilting captures the different stages of visual development in the very youngest children in a playful, poetic, and abstract way. The interplay of light, shadow, subtle colour, and movement creates a visual world that offers toddlers a safe and inspiring space for reflection, connection, and discovery. The performance is guided by both familiar and unfamiliar visual experiences, focusing on the moments that play the greatest role in neurological development. Seeing is not merely perceiving – it is also connecting: each small story born of light holds the emotional attention of the youngest audience members.

Developed in collaboration with specialists and special education professionals, the performance offers very young audiences their first encounter with live performing arts.
